Superfood Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Packed with healthy fats and full of nutrients like magnesium, folte, protein, phytonutrients and an abundance of trace minerals, this superfood treat satisfies that sweet tooth whilst packing a punch of wholesome goodness.

I stock up on avocados when they are in season and this is certainly one of my favourite ways to use them up. Plus, it is super easy to make, so the time conscious person doesn't need to stress.... what more could you want?

Recipe:

  • 3-4 medium to large ripe avocados
  • 250gm organic raw cashews soaked overnight
  • 200gm pitted dates soaked in hot water for 10mins
  • 150gm ice cubes 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup (+/- according to personal taste) cacao powder
  • Dash pink salt

Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth.

Now store in fridge & enjoy!
